Training as a professional
We are always looking for talent, but we are also working to create new talent.
Together with a number of partners in the training world, ISCS develops academies, i.e. ad hoc courses for people who have not yet acquired sufficient technical skills to enter the world of IT consulting: our courses are carefully and precisely followed from the recruitment phase, through the trainee experience, to the presentation process to our clients.
Goals
The main objective of the ISCS Academies is to help people who are passionate about the IT sector to enter the job market through a new concept of training programmes structured on the basis of the latest technological requirements of the market.
Through our programmes, you will be able to make your first steps in the labour market and become an active player in the development of theoretical and technical knowledge, thanks to the training provided by expert trainers and lecturers in the sector.
Requirements
- Passion for the IT world;
- Good communication and customer service skills, problem solving and flexibility;
- Ability to work in a team;
- High school diploma and/or degree in progress or completed.
- Unemployment or inactive status.
